Rusty Eck Ford donates car to auto program
Rusty Eck Ford donated a car to the Newton High School CTE program on Tuesday, December 10.
The Ford Edge had damage from hail, but Rusty Eck CEO Kyle Eck saw an opportunity to give it to a good cause.
Eck says he likes to see students involved in trade work. He worked his way up from a technician job to his current job, and wants to see the next generation work on cars too.
Representatives from Rusty Eck and NHS celebrated the partnership in the auto shop.
Automotive teacher, Mr. Ziegler, looks forward to the opportunities for students to work on the vehicle, including diagnostics.
